Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds under normal circumstances.
Damaged Product Policy
Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
To be eligible:

The customer must record a clear opening/unboxing video

The video must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery

The video must clearly show the damaged product and packaging
❗ Claims without an opening video or submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For all Cash on Delivery orders, a ₹500 advance online payment is mandatory before dispatch.
If:

The order is returned by the customer, or
-
The customer refuses to accept the order
Then:
-
₹500 will be deducted as travel/shipping charges
-
No refund will be provided for this amount
Important Notes

Minor color or design variations are not considered damage

Products once accepted by the customer cannot be returned
