Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within [1–3] business days

  • Orders are dispatched only after payment confirmation (including COD advance)

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service

  • Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders require a ₹500 advance online payment

  • If the customer refuses delivery or the order is returned:

    • ₹500 will be deducted as travel/shipping charges

    • No refund will be issued for this amount

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Record an opening video immediately

  • Share the video within 24 hours of delivery

  • Claims without video proof will not be accepted
